Crouch vale brewery are a producer of real ales and have one an award for one of there beers 2 yeas running. As a result they decided to build and open a new production area to cope with the increased demand for their beer.

Crouch vale brewery contacted us to coat a bunded area as quickly as possible so that they could start production. The Job request came in one week and by the next week we were coating the bund

We abraded the floor with diamond grinders to create a strong mechanical key. We also abraded the bund wall with hand held grinders. Following this we applied the primer with a layer of course sand to increase the intercoat adhesion.

Finally we applied several top coats of chemically resistant resin.
